Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Opt-Out Notice

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to direct a business not to sell or share their personal information. This page describes how to exercise that right with respect to ScratchOptions.

Your Right to Opt Out

California residents may request that we stop selling or sharing their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will honor these requests in accordance with applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do share certain information with funding options providers when you submit a request through our Site, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you would like to opt out of this sharing, please follow the instructions below.

How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

Send an email to: support@skratchpayoptions.com

Subject line: Do Not Sell My Info

Please include your name and the email address associated with any request you previously submitted, so we can locate and process your record.

How We Process Your Request

Effect of Opting Out

After your opt-out request is processed:

Please note: opting out does not affect sharing that is necessary to provide a service you have already requested. If you submitted a funding request, the sharing that occurred at that time pursuant to your consent is not retroactively undone by a subsequent opt-out request.

Other California Privacy Rights

In addition to the right to opt out of sale or sharing, California residents have the right to request access to, or deletion of, personal information we hold. See our Privacy Policy for details on how to exercise those rights.
